My name is Shahin Moinian. I am the President of International Code Council Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) Program. The international Code Council in a US code writing agency that provides the building code and the plumbing code for the United States. The ICC-ES is a subsidiary organization to International Code Council which provided product certification service to manufacturers of building and plumbing products.
A couple of years back, your company approached me to receive products certification for your plastic pipe products. At the time, due to the circumstances, our company was unable to provide product certification for your products. However, we are now able to provide such services to your company.
